Ilona Rozenberg PA PC was founded by a Physician Assistant who spent over a decade at the center of it all — leading emergency room operations at Wyckoff Hospital in New York City, one of the most demanding clinical environments in the country.
As the person in charge of the ER, Ilona was responsible for every dimension of patient care: treatment decisions, staffing, regulatory compliance, care coordination, and operational flow — often all at once. That experience forged a rare and deep understanding of how healthcare organizations truly function under pressure, and where the gaps between intention and execution tend to appear.
Driven by the belief that better-run organizations lead to better patient outcomes, Ilona made the decision to channel that knowledge into consulting.
